All of our jackets are made to order, which means production begins once you place your order. This allows us to deliver a freshly crafted piece rather than a pre-packed or mass-stored item. However, to reduce waiting time, we also keep stock of some of our best-selling designs, enabling us to ship those items immediately after the order is confirmed, so customers don’t have to wait longer than necessary.

We do not work with any third-party sellers or distributors. Every order is processed, packed, and shipped directly from our own department, ensuring strict quality control and consistency.

Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 4–5 working days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Express shipping is handled through DHL or FedEx

UK and Australia parcels are shipped via Skynet

As Asal Vision ships worldwide, please note that customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges are not included in the product or shipping price. These charges, if applied by your country’s customs authority, must be paid by the customer in order to receive the parcel. We have no control over these fees and are not responsible for them.
