Keeping this and many other customer concerns in mind, we have designed all of our policies to be transparent, customer-centric, and friendly.
Below, we outline our shipping and delivery policy, which is one of the most flexible and customer-friendly policies we offer.
Here’s Our Shipping Policy
We have gone well beyond the usual standards to make shipping as convenient as possible for our customers. Under our free shipping policy, customers do not pay any delivery charges at all.
Yes—free worldwide shipping is available on all orders.
Free Shipping: Orders are delivered to customers within 15 to 25 business days, including handling time.
Express Shipping: We offer express shipping for $25 and orders are delivered to customers within 8 to 13 business days, including handling time.
If your order is not shipped within 25–30 days, you may request a full refund without any deductions.
Order Production & Availability
Most of our jackets are made to order, meaning production begins once an order is placed to ensure freshness and quality. However, to minimize waiting time, we also stock some of our best-selling items, allowing us to ship those orders instantly when available, so customers don’t have to wait longer than necessary.
Order Address & Parcel Confirmation
All orders are shipped exactly to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Upon request, we can also share a photo of your parcel before it is handed over to the courier, offering added transparency and peace of mind.
Customs Duties & Import Charges (Important)
As Asal Vision sells and ships worldwide, customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
These charges, if applied by your country’s customs authorities, must be paid by the customer in order to receive the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict or cover them.
The Couriers We Use
We dispatch orders as soon as they are ready, using trusted and internationally recognized courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery:

- Skynet
All carriers are selected based on reliability, tracking accuracy, and global reach.
The Shipping Process
Once your order is dispatched:
- You will receive a confirmation email
- A tracking number will be shared
- The tracking code will show the dispatch date and estimated delivery date
We strongly recommend tracking your parcel regularly. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you may contact the courier directly to arrange a re-delivery.
Possible Shipping Scenarios
If delivery attempts fail multiple times due to customer unavailability, the courier may discard or return the parcel. In such cases, Asal Vision and the courier service will not be responsible for product or financial loss.
If multiple items are ordered, we aim to ship them together in one package. However, in certain situations—such as customization differences or order time gaps—items may be shipped in two or more separate parcels.
Address Restrictions
For safety and logistical reasons, we are unable to ship to APO, FPO, or PO Box addresses.
