Return Option Available Up to 30 days
Return and exchange option for any particular product is open for 30 days after the order has been received by the customer. If you fail to inform us that you need your order returned or exchanged within 30 days you will lose the opportunity to avail the return and exchange option.
Order Cancellation policy
You are advised to make the request for the order cancellation within 24 hours. If you do cancel within the 24 hours’ time we will send back the money into the buyer’s respective account. However, if you cancel the order after the 24 hour period the following terms and conditions will apply:
- We will deduct 30% of your paid amount, and reimburse 70% of the total.
- If the order is cancelled within 3 days – before being dispatched and shipped – a deduction of 50% from your paid amount will take place.
- We regret to tell you that after 3 days, once the item has been shipped, we cannot entertain cancellation requests.
Our Product Exchange Policy
The condition on which we accept exchange and return requests is that the item or product should be returned in its original condition.
*The buyer will have to incur the return transportation costs.
Our Order Return Policy
We do not accept return/exchange for more than one similar product, with different sizes. The customer has to pay the shipping costs of returns which include the costs of handling the order depending upon the size, weight, etc. of the item. Further important points are:
- We do not accept returns or exchange requests if the tags have been removed from the item/product.
- We won’t be able to accept the requests for exchange and returns 24 hours after the customer has been in possession of the order/product.
